Greg 'The Professor' Maddux is one of the greatest pitchers of all time. He stands alone in many of his career accomplishments, including Golden Glove wins (18), most consecutive seasons with +15 wins (17), most consecutive Cy Young Awards (4, later tied by Randy Johnson), and is the only player to record 300 wins and 3000 strikeouts with fewer than 1000 walks. His #31 jersey is retired by the Cubs and the Braves, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014.
