IN STORE RETURNS
At Vintage Sports Images we understand that sometimes the piece looks great in store, but once you get it to your destination sometimes it doesn’t fit, or the colors don’t work or hey, it just doesn’t feng shui with the rest of the room. That’s okay. If after trying it in different spots, or on that other wall you were thinking, or playing around with it for a couple days you still aren’t 100% satisfied you can bring your print back with the original receipt within one week of purchase. Vintage Sports Images is happy to exchange your print or give you store credit.
Worried that whomever you are purchasing the print for won’t love it as much as you do? That’s okay too. We are happy to include a gift receipt for you so that you can be sure that they will find something they love! Just like when purchasing for yourself, your recipient will need proof of purchase and will have 7 days to exchange their item. If they don’t find anything they love we are happy to provide them store credit.
We take every precaution in protectively packaging your purchase so that it arrives in pristine condition. First we carefully wrap it in polyurethane foam, then bubble wrap it and box it for shipping. But, from time to time when delivering a package from A to Z , things happen and damages can occur. If you have received a print from us and it is not in perfect condition we are committed to fixing it as fast and as hassle free as possible. We are happy to replace your print or issue you an exchange. All we need you to do is:
- Complete the Return Instructions form on the back of your packing slip included in your order.
- Send your item, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice, back to us within 7 days of receiving it and don’t forget to include the completed Return Instructions form! We suggest you insure the package and ship via a trackable method.

Once we receive the package and your request it can take up to 72 hours to process. Please be patient with us. We will be in touch.
We will gladly reimburse you for shipping of items that were damaged in transit. If you received a damaged item please contact us before returning your item.
